Purchasing artworks and stationery through this website:

When purchasing goods through this website, these terms become binding on you and us and a Contract will come into effect upon payment of the goods.

For this reason you shall not purchase goods from this site if you are below the age of 18 years old as you do not have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

When you purchase goods, either directly from the website or by other means, ‘you’ (the buyer) are entering into the following agreement/contract with ‘us’/’we’ the seller.

Artworks are sold as unframed and the price reflects this.
On receipt of full payment, ownership and with it risk, transfers to you. To date and to our knowledge we have never had any painting arrive damaged (Updated April 2025).
Artworks for sale are displayed online with sizes. If you wish to verify precise sizes please ask us.
We do our best to ensure that the images of goods displayed online are represented correctly and clearly. However there can be a slight difference in colours and tones from the original, this is partly because we cannot control how your online display reproduces the images on our website.
All intellectual property rights for any goods remain with the artist, Nikki Brickell, who created them. Please see ‘Copyright’ below for further information.

Returns

We take a huge amount of care when shipping your goods to ensure that they are properly packed and padded to minimise damage during shipping. However we cannot be held responsible for their handling once handed over to the shipping company.

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery of your goods

In order to request a return you must email us at nikki@otterlyinspired.co.uk

We will require, proof of purchase and photographs of the item and a reasonable reason for return of the item.
The item must be unused and undamaged.
It must also be in its original sealed plastic sleeve.

If you send us a return without requesting one via email first, the return WILL NOT be accepted.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns on sale items or commissioned artworks as they are personalised to you specifically and cannot be on sold.

If your return request is accepted we will send you an email with a returns address, return shipping is for your account.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item and approved the return, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Shipping costs and time frames:

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based upon total purchase cost for UK addresses.
I try to ensure that orders are shipped within 3 working days of payment.
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 6 working days after payment.

Currently I only ship artworks and stationery to the United Kingdom.
